We currently ship to:

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)

  • GCC Countries

  • United Kingdom (UK)

  • United States (US)

If your location is not listed, please contact us at care@ladoj.com before placing an order.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays

  • During high-demand periods (sales, Ramadan, Eid, etc.), processing may take slightly longer


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • UAE: 7–14 business days

  • GCC Countries: 7–14 business days

  • UK: 7–12 business days

  • US: 7–12 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Delivery location

    • Order weight and size

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp

  • You can track your shipment through the courier’s website


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders (UK, US, and some GCC countries) may be subject to:

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.


7. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address:

  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate

  • We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Failed Delivery Attempts:

  • Couriers may attempt delivery multiple times

  • If the package is returned to us, re-shipping charges may apply


8. Delays

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

10. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in selected regions

  • Please ensure availability of the correct amount at delivery

  • Repeated failed COD orders may lead to order restrictions
